Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We use Zoho CRM to manage our customer database between our corporate location as well as our company-owned installation branches. It has helped us manage thousands of leads a year across the country. We use it to keep customer information, set appointments, schedule follow-ups, create proposals, send proposals, as well as manage customer accounts. Having this all in one place has allowed our sales team as well as our management team to keep better track of our pipeline, sales, as well as performance across the country. This allows us to increase sales, closing rates, as well as revenue.

Zoho can be very flexible as long as you put in the leg work while the system is being set up, to understand how it works and how to customize it. It is very easy to scale and add new users. I would advise hiring the Zoho team to help you customize and set up the product. That is well worth the investment!
The customer experience has been enhanced with Zoho. We are able to get to our customers quicker as well as keep in better touch with them. Reminders and automation have helped keep us top of mind with customers and have increased our close rates dramatically. Customers like the proposals that we are able to send.
Zoho is very similar to Salesforce, but at a fraction of the cost. Salesforce is a MAJOR investment, with little value added over what Zoho has to offer. Zoho has 95% of what Salesforce has and contains everything that is crucial to your success. We are glad we went with Zoho.

It is well suited for local companies who are calling on or performing work at homeowners' house as well as larger corporations who have thousands of wholesale accounts across the country. It allows us to manage all kinds of customers and sales types. It has simplified our process as well as our reporting.
