Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We needed a CRM that was fully customizable. Instead of using the CRM to bring in income, we have actually built it to disperse rental assistance in our area. I demoed many products and Zoho came in on top with its customizability and API integrations.
  • API for moving data in and out
  • User friendliness
  • Flexibility and Customizations
  • Reporting was lacking for our specific needs however their API made using other solutions possible.
  • Support could be quicker to respond.
  • Documentation around API needs improvement.
  • Zoho allowed our non-profit to roll out a new program that existing systems we had in house were capable of in a matter of days instead of the months expected.
  • Pre-built solutions for our needs were going to have approximately 10x the cost and allow no customization.
Calculated fields (formulas and logic) do not automatically update and this has been a shortcoming however they have been navigatable and allowed us to manage a huge influx of needs with limited resources.
Zoho has been fairly hands-off and the onboarding was not as involved by Zoho as expected but our team was very capable and able to use the product and make it meet and exceed our needs.
Zoho allowed the easiest customization and flexibility that met our needs.
