I can't really evaluate this. I custom-built the required export facilities on-premises, so all the merging and most of the massaging is already done, and I upload manually using Excel. I like the breadth of connectors that Zoho offers, and if I were in a corporate setting I'd probably be very happy to use them.
I do enjoy the calculated columns facilities, which allow me to add or prototype additional needed attributes when I find I need to do that while working on a new report.

It has so many options, my favorite and most used ones are another Zoho software, MS SQL Databases, and Google Drive spreadsheets. The majority of information about our organization resides on those platforms.
Also, you have the opportunity to create your own tables as a combination of multiple data sources, it gives you a lot of flexibility.

Connects well for basic use, but for larger enterprise projects I don't see it integrating easily. Like I've said, I wouldn't use it for larger companies anyway so that's not really something that needs to be evaluated.

Zoho Books is being used by our department for 1-2 years. It is very useful for our business. The support offered over the phone and with screen sharing to get us started up was exceptional and really made a difference. Recommended and trustworthy application. Good service, features, and tools are amazing.

Zoho Reports works really well with the Zoho project planning application Zoho Projects. It is beneficial for us to be able to give leadership members these reports instead of having them go through the individual projects. By connecting tasks to users, it also helps our team see who is doing what and who is behind on what so we can allocate additional resources to a task.

Reports allows for the merging of data from several sources which is really great. However, we have encountered some issues in the functionality of these merges and how the data is further organized. Accessibility is great and it allows us to analyze data from a wide range of sources and functions well as a central hub of information.

It's easy to use and update. I like being able to have multiple data sources on a single dashboard. The multiple ways data gets into the system is very convenient and an excellent fit for the LeadMaster CRM. The step-by-step setup is great - the learning curve for getting data into the system is almost zero. I'd suggest a help button to teach people that if they have two different date formats they can convert the one(s) that came in as text into dates using formulas.

Zoho's approach to data connectivity is a bit of a pain. In some cases, users had to be taught the differences between left, right and center joins just to explain why data was or was not showing up in the reports. This made it difficult to democratize reporting among individuals uncomfortable with needing to know details such as these.

There is a broad range of data sources available and linking it is super easy. Haven't tried SQL databases yet, though. So not sure how that would turn out. Otherwise, scheduling with gdrive docs is great and excel uploads work fine. Sometimes, thousand and decimal separators are a bit of a pain when working in Non-US countries but that's ok - used to it.
