Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
My social media manager and SEO analysts uses Zoho to help with our social media strategy on multiple platforms. It has made planning, scheduling, and automating our campaigns much easier. We also like that our analytics are right there on the home page, giving us an idea of how we need to tweak things and improve our brand.

- Buffer and Hootsuite
Hootsuite was far too expensive for our needs. Buffer isn't as expensive and we used it in the past. However, Buffer had a tendency to disconnect from our social media accounts fairly often. It also didn't have the package plans Zoho has, which allows us to choose what we need, nothing more or less.
