Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are using Zoho Social to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms (Twitter, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Instagram). It allows us to consolidate our approach and have a single point from which to monitor activity.

4 - We use Zoho for promotions, marketing, design (getting our information out to our users) and customer support. Those 4 people have a variety of responsibilities and slightly different ways that they use the software, but all of them fit into the aforementioned categories.

We chose Zoho because it was the perfect fit for us. It has all the tools that we need, including scheduling and managing posts, analytics, history, and social engagement. In addition, it has a price point that is more attractive than its competitors. Really it was a no brainer for us once we compared everything.
