Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We use Zoho Social to schedule posts on our social media platforms. Zoho Social is easy to use and comes with a whole host of useful features that suit our business needs! The interface to schedule social media posts is very intuitive and straightforward to use but allows for all the customization you could wish for.

  • It warns you if the image you post isn't quite right for one or more channels.
  • It allows you to automatically repeat posts.
  • Customize posts for social media channels at the point of creation.
  • The repeat scheduling is limited to weekly or monthly, it would be good to customize this to once every 10 days or once a fortnight, etc.
2 - Directors: we are two directors in our limited company; we both use Zoho Social to schedule posts.

Zoho Social is better than Buffer, as it allows repeat postings and also supports Google My Business, which Buffer doesn't support. We also used a social media scheduler called OneUp (but this is not in your list above). OneUp ticked all the boxes and we were happy with it, but it then stopped supporting Facebook and Instagram a few weeks ago, so we had to look for something else and are happy to have found Zoho Social.
It's fantastic for us, as it covers all our social media channels. It may be less useful for people who want to post to Pinterest or YouTube, as it doesn't support these channels. We like the fact that we can repeat posts weekly. The tool would be even better if you could rough-schedule posts on repeat and it picks the date and time that has the highest propensity for interaction, etc.
