Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

It is being used by the whole organization to post across all the platforms that are relevant to our business. Within the first 30 days, my business improved by getting a big transaction that allowed it to become one of the top Real Estate companies. Zoho Social made it possible for us to also find which platform is getting the most results.
  • Post planning.
  • Channel analytics.
  • Story posts.
  • Recommended post times could be better (IQ).

This is the best platform I've used thus far.
Anyone who is serious about getting results from social media should go for Zoho Social. It has all the tools required to develop momentum in your business. The best thing about it is the more you use it, the better it gets at recommending times to post. If you are just in the market for a basic posting platform, it might be overkill. This is a high powered motorcycle, not a tricycle.

Zoho Social Reliability

You can use it for multiple business sizes.
I've never had to contact Zoho Social which is a good thing, I guess.
I've never had an issue with it ever.
