Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social has helped with my social media planning and reporting. The ability to schedule posts and collaborate on the posts means that we are able to work more closely as a team without having to go between excel spreadsheets and scheduling through Facebook and Twitter. It's all in one platform. The Marketing team is loving the platform and the ability to collaborate and see what is happening with social media.

Cheaper and functionality is pretty much the same
Zoho Social is well suited for small companies who are wanting to grow their social media presence and see who is engaging and really dive into the demographic. The platform can suggest the best times for posting and is something that has come in really handy with our audience.
