Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Our team recently started using Zoho Social and it has made our social media management very easy across all verticles. It helps us schedule posts and engage with our costumers in a regular and timely fashion. It automates the whole process and makes it very easy for us to focus more on the core business.
  • The interface is really neat, clean and easy to use.
  • Scheduling and the calendar feature is on point.
  • Analytics come in handy for social media optimization.
  • posting more than 4 images is not allowed on Zoho, however, we can do it directly from FB and Instagram.
  • A lot of errors on the video aspect ratio.
2 - Purely social media managers
  • SMM and SMO has become easier but its too soon to say about ROI.
Frankly, I have only used Hootsuite earlier. Zoho was easy to use, efficient and a cheaper alternative
It's a perfect tool for social media management, there are some things that they can improve, as I mentioned before.
