Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are currently using Zoho Social across the organization for Social Media Management. It gives us a central platform to calendar our social media events, posts and even helps us identify the responses to our posts and revert to them easily.
We had used several social management tools earlier; however, we found Zoho Social to be easier to use and very user friendly.

Compared to the other three tools that we have used, we found Zoho Social to be more user friendly, and there is also an ease of use. It connects with certain channels, which are just not listed with the other three social media tools. We had a lot of limitations in the other tools, while trying to connect our GMB listing.
