Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We are currently using Zoho Social across the organization for Social Media Management. It gives us a central platform to calendar our social media events, posts and even helps us identify the responses to our posts and revert to them easily.

We had used several social management tools earlier; however, we found Zoho Social to be easier to use and very user friendly.

Compared to the other three tools that we have used, we found Zoho Social to be more user friendly, and there is also an ease of use. It connects with certain channels, which are just not listed with the other three social media tools. We had a lot of limitations in the other tools, while trying to connect our GMB listing.

Easy to use, very efficient in managing all our social channels, reviews and replies of all channels can be checked and we can revert to them on time, ensuring no user following our channel is left out. Zoho has been in the industry for a long time and that is more credibility for us over all other tools available in the market.
Zoho Social is good and everything; however, if they wish to increase the users and want to capture the markets, they should consider lowering their pricing a bit for small businesses, considering these times of the pandemic.
Very well suited for small organizations to understand the traffic and the reach of their social posts for each social channel; however, doesn't really help that much in GMB. With improvements in GMB, it will be a topper. For FB, Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter, this is one awesome social media management tool.
