Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

We used to manage our social media manually and timing the posts across our social media channels was a major task. With Zoho Social it has been drastically simplified and the best part I have synced Zoho Social with CRM and all the leads flow into the CRM and creates leads and deals automatically.

The UI of Zoho Social is very simple and intuitive.
Instant live support was one of the best features of Zoho Social. It was available in the premium plan.
Best for top platforms such as facebook, Insta, Linkedin, Twitter. No support for snapchat, quora, etc.
