Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

I've been working with Zoom to implement Zoom Rooms using existing Polycom hardware. Overall, I have found the experience smooth and their support outstanding. We are using the Polycom trio 880 as well as the group 500 system in our larger conference room. We are exploring the use of Zoom phones with these devices as well.

Pros

  • Customer support.
  • Technical support.
  • Zoom offers a trial period.

Cons

  • Written documentation for end-users to complement the great videos.
  • To soon to answer, but I feel it's a good implementation.
We have Skype for Business, however, users prefer the ease of use with the new Zoom option in our IT Department.
We have been upgrading our Polycom conference rooms using the Zoom Rooms technology. So far it is working well with only a few configuration settings. I wouldn’t use it unless I could recommend it!
