Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I use ZoomInfo in our sales organization. It helps us determine what rep a lead or account should be assigned to. Since there are many divisions and verticals for reps based on geography, size, and type of business, ZoomInfo makes it easy to figure out the account owner with all of this info in one place.
  • Finding email addresses and phone numbers of prospects
  • Researching company information
  • Building outbound prospecting lists
  • Making sure info is filled in all categories for all companies
  • More info on smaller companies
  • Saves time on researching prospects
  • Gives me more certainty on knowing that a lead is mine
We also use Data.com. Data.com has a much lower success or accuracy rate than ZoomInfo. I had even been using the free version of ZoomInfo before we purchased it. The company description/summary section is very important to me and always accurate.
I only use ZoomInfo in sales, not sure what use it would have in other divisions.
