Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is used by people in Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales departments. It is primarily used to get data on prospective customers. Data such as company info, contact info, technology they are using, etc. It is integrated with our CRM platform and data export is very easy. We have also recently started using it to identify buying intent in our prospective customers.
- Company and contact information.
- Technologies current in use at target company as well as tracking buying intent to prioritize reachouts.
- Easy and great User Interface and seamless integration with CRM, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Company and contact info on Tier-3 accounts- Revenues below $500M.
- Personal cell numbers of contacts.
- Better Suggestions/ feed on recent advancements in my target accounts/ saved searches.
- Effective database growth.
- Reduced time for lead reachout and market coverage.
- Reduced time for Data export because of integration.
I have used Rocketreach, Seamless.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha. ZoomInfo is better than Rocketreach and seamless in terms of User-Interface, data quality, integration with LinkedIn and CRM, Navigation between pages.
I found Lusha data especially on cell phone numbers and emails more accurate than ZoomInfo. Maybe that is one area of improvement for ZoomInfo.
