Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Chat (formerly Insent)

Here at RingCentral we use ZoomInfo every day. It is an awesome application that allows us to find the correct individuals to talk to and also finding their contact information. Some other ways we use ZoomInfo is using it for prospecting. Being able to find leads and export them into our salesforce CRM is a massive plus.

  • Integration.
  • ZoomInfo Chrome plug-in.
  • Work org chart.
  • Company summary.
  • Positive for ROI.
  • Positive for KPIs.
Both ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator are pretty similar but I definitely would choose ZoomInfo over LinkedIn for a couple reasons.
  1. LinkedIn Sales Navigator does not list the correct contact information unlike ZoomInfo.
  2. When using both platforms, Zoom info is very easy to use unlike LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

One specific scenario I have in mind is how our sales org uses it for everyday use when prospecting / finding correct contact information. Many of the BDRs in the sales org has set meetings from contacts found in ZoomInfo. I would recommend this to any sales org in America.
