Likelihood to Recommend It would be well suited for an initial user. If you are starting a practice and have nothing in place, it might be great. However, if you are a current EMR user of a different platform and have more than a hundred patients; don’t waste your time. This is a hands-off company that, in my opinion, will do nothing to support your efforts. We have a practice of 11,000 patients and would have had to hire 2 FTE’s to print all the patient data and upload it individually.
Read full review Jane.app could be used for clinics with a single practitioner, or many. It is very easy to navigate, and requires minimal time to learn it's features. I really love this scheduling app over others specifically for me because I offer various modalities (massage therapy, personal training & reflexology) and there are forms for every modality (intake forms and charting forms), that enables me to customize for whichever modality I am using with a client. This is where I see Jane.app as a superior scheduling app for practitioners offering a variety of services. I also love how easy it is to integrate multiple clinics into one scheduling app. I run 2 clinics, and can have a schedule for each, with a simple click of a button. I can't think of a practitioner that wouldn't benefit from this app. I am not sure how cost compares amongst apps, but I find the basic version to be quite cost efficient, with even more features than I have even dabbled in yet

Read full review Alternatives Considered ADP AMD is much easier to learn and navigate than most all of the systems I have worked with, including Greenway and Centricity. The only thing I liked better in Centricity was the ability to run more customized reports, but overall, I would choose AMD any day over those two.

ClinicSense felt geared more toward massage therapy speficially, where Jane as flexibility to add in now, and in the future

Read full review Jane.app has allowed me to see reports on client retention, which prompts me to reach out to clients who haven't booked in awhile, increasing retention rate and customer satisfaction Jane.app has saved me a ton of time, but having reports readily accessible, meaning I am not taking the time to go through my data and creating my own reports Jane.app's reports provide me immediate feedback on number of appointments booked and new clients, which allows me to quickly and easily direct my focus on what is needed most - whether that's reaching out to current clients, or marketing to gain new clients, to coming up with a marketing plan to increase appointments booked.
