Further, for a comprehensive market research, where clients are many and in different locations, Altova SurveyMaker will act as a suitable data collection tool. The analytical part is also well developed, as there are APIs, working in hand with the tool for reliable reporting.
AskNicely is well suited for surveying customers about how they are feeling about your product. This can be their overall feeling or after they have taken a certain action. E.g. used a particular feature. It's not designed for getting through customer feedback, rather gauging satisfaction. You will need to follow up with other survey methods for detailed feedback.

Altova SurveyMaker is an active application, giving reliable survey results, and the coordination the program has with different apps makes it stable and reliable. The templates with the application make usage possible, as they have a guide and classes are also online. Altova SurveyMaker has advanced analytical options for statistical inferences and reporting.
Altova SurveyMaker support is not the best, but sometimes the customer help is ready to help. I would suggest that the developer establish better means of communication between the software users and the customer help or the technical department, so that when a challenge comes, an immediate solution is found.
Altova SurveyMaker has an incredible way of designing questionnaires, giving us the chance of collecting the exact information we want. Altova SurveyMaker has almost 200 templates, and, luckily enough, there are editable, allowing us to learn as we do business. The convenience of Altova SurveyMaker is amazing, as it supports even live surveys.
We are still evaluating SurveyMonkey against AskNicely, but initial results would seem to favor the latter. For ease-of-use, flexibility, and easily accessible analytics, AskNicely wins on all counts. Both have robust outreach engines, and there are limitations and pros/cons on each application. It is at least a very competitive match up, and I would hesitate to besmirch one tool over the other. SurveyMonkey users would benefit from giving AskNicely a once-over, though.
