When I first started using the BigCommerce platform, it was so user-friendly! Again, it was very easy to use and figure out right away. I had no issues with finding where everything was and it is organized in such a way, that it made sense where to look for something. I also really like the customer order layout as we have to issue refunds a lot and it's very simple.

CommentSold is well suited for chat support to resolve immediate issues. It is fast and work efficient. It is very easy to use. This product has effective retention tools. The product always focus to bring improvements in service quality through feedback. There is an ease of buying products through different channels. This is a unique product and not easily comparable with other products. For customers it seems hard for them to sign up and login, this aspect is less appropriate. Phone customer support is required

  • The backend interface for working with orders could use some more options for dynamically querying and sorting orders. For example, it's very difficult to see all of the orders that are currently unfulfilled for a given customer. It's also impossible to see all of the orders in a given date range that contained a specific SKU.
  • It would be nice to be able to delete SKUs that are no longer in use. Even if the product is removed, the SKU it held is still stored and locked in the system. Sometimes these show up on exports and cause confusion.
  • Some of the options and settings are a little unintuitive on their location, and you need to dig a few options deep to find the ones you're looking for. A more straightforward settings page would be appreciated.
  • More ways to customize check out, such as with separately acceptable Terms and Conditions, and alerts for Delays in Shipping or Fulfillment.

We are really very likely to renew our use of BigCommerce. The reason I chose 9 instead of 10 is simply because of the hiccups we are running into with our POS. BigCommerce is excellent, but we may even want to take a step further and get into and ERP that can take care of everything. Since we are a brick & mortar store first, and eCommerce second, our POS is very important to our day to day operations

They have a comprehensive online help file system that makes it easy to do almost anything. They cover just about everything you'd want to do with your online store with images, clear descriptions and in some cases video. I will, however, say the videos should be a little more professorially done and not sound like the employees are doing it in their cubical.

BigCommerce VS Shopify: Do I like Shopify? Yes. Has Shopify positioned itself as more of a get rich quick drop shipping platform, and alternative to marketplaces like Etsy? Also yes. Listen, I still like Shopify a lot, and there are absolutely still cases where I feel Shopify is the best option out there. Shopify is beautiful on the front-end, you'll definitely have a fantastic looking website, but on the back end, which is very À la carte, it just feels like you get more nickel and dimed to death for some simple functionality, that at this point should be native to the platform. I will say that Shopify's native email marketing, pay as you go, is a really nice feature. BigComemrce VS Square/Weebly: We're talking about two hemp-friendly eCom platforms, and while you can absolutely build yourself a nice eCom website on Square/Weebly...it can be at times a frustratingly simple website. Super basic, which is both good and bad in that, if you're new to website, it's easy to work with. If you're a person with any professional experience, I promise, Square/Weebly will probably frustrate. In most cases I would recommend BigCommerce. BigCommerce VS WordPress: If I'm managing a website or an eCommerce website, I like both options, but I would say that because I have ten years experience doing so, I find both platforms to be robust, and easy to work with, whereas a person new to this world would probably have a hard time navigating either platform.

Important features of the similar products are costly and paid. These similar products do not integrate with more valuable products like Ali Express etc. Most of other products provide irritating shipping rates. CommentSold is better than all these similar products mentioned above due to its fine integration with good applications. And it is more valuable due to great customer support. Live shopping is a fantastic feature and it is quite easy to use

Very easy to upgrade plans based on growth. Onboarding is fairly easy; however, it's a real pain for developers that the store owner has to add all the themes/apps or basically anything that costs money. It's hard to walk less tech-savvy people through this.

  • Processing and fulfilling orders is much faster than with my previous system (osCommerce).
  • BigCommerces manages all backend codes, which includes security. That alone has been a great investment.
