Perfect for allowing employees to track their paid time off and sick days. Useful for providing job summaries, explanation of benefits. We don't use it for tracking compensation, but it could be used for that purpose. We also post job announcements on the platform which is useful for me to see what kinds of jobs we are hiring for.

For general use, this software will greatly help to manage large teams. HR teams will have a more accurate and fastest way to maintain payroll notification for the workforce.Performance tracking really takes the prize. In my experience, it has been the easier tool to use so far, and really helps to keep track of the entire team and help them if issues arise.

Slightly different focuses and I still use both. Microsoft Visio is great for creating all kinds of diagrams. Whereas Built for Tens is more about people management, so you can set up who is where and track their relationships through the other individuals in the organization. it’s all about using the right tool for the job at hand.

In my honest opinion, they perform almost equally, but in general, I would dare to say that Exentia is easier to use. Price wise, the
difference is not so great and it can take some internal opinions to
decide which one could be best suited for your company.In this scenario, I always suggest having at least half of the future users share opinions.
