Likelihood to Recommend It has been great for our customer calls and demos, and when negotiating deals, because then we have a record of wants, needs, requirements, etc. but then it is also a safeguard if a customer has a specific complaint that we addressed previously. I think it's less appropriate for internal feedback calls, for the opposite reason. When giving feedback about a manager, or leader, it's important to have some anonymity to give a little extra security to the employees.

It is also good at automating mundane tasks so the team can focus on the important sale. It is less appropriate for analyzing calls - sometimes it is more difficult to understand body language, especially in challenging market environments

Occasionally, deliverables were assigned to the wrong person in the summary if their voices were similar or if they were on the same audio. Occasionally, the Chorus had problems picking up on what someone was saying. This was likely due to user error but caused gaps in the conversation recording and transcript. I had high hopes that the speech-to-text feature would be useful for getting call notes/next steps, etc documented. But due to the limitations of the software, these things would take longer using Chorus than if I just write things down manually - disappointing.
Read full review Support Rating I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.

Read full review Alternatives Considered We stayed with Chorus by ZoomInfo because of the superior way it recaps our calls. Depending on the length of the call and what is being discussed, Chorus by ZoomInfo will usually provide 10 key points in clear detail. When we used
Gong , we were finding it was only providing three or four key points. The quality of the recaps was very low as they were very short and were not worded very well.

We checked out several products and ultimately selected Goodmeetings for a few reasons, including: live support, reasonable price point, automation of tasks throughout the sales process, ability to integrate with other apps, and ease of material uploading.
