I think CloudCall is better for enterprises that need to keep the clients and employees in contact but on a professional basis. Talking over the phone makes a person understand better as compared to email conversations and takes less time too, so, CloudCall fits the gap by providing better quality calls and gives analytics as well.

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

  • Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
  • The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
  • The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

As lightweight as it is, Kixie is very versatile as a dialer. It is very easy to use, even beginners would be able to easily navigate through the buttons. Kixie's ability to seamlessly integrate with CRMs makes it a go-to application for a broad range of users. Sales and marketing teams will greatly benefit from how easy, useful and customizable Kixie is.

  • Makes project work move fast, making the process productive.
  • Keeping record of the calls made for validation or verifications.
  • The only negative impact I feel is when we need support during server errors, which lags sometimes.

  • Kixie has made our sales team more productive by freeing up their time for more calls and customer engagement.
  • My sales team has also become more organized by using Kixie. We are able to be more systematic and strategic with when we are calling and the frequency of our calls. This has improved our success ratio in getting leads into our pipeline.
  • The reporting features on Kixie has allowed my organization to better identify members of my sales staff that are having call success and reward them for their efforts.
