Contactability is really good for teams that are trying to branch out to an untapped market space. Especially those that are trying to disrupt the health insurance scene. This helps them get their foot in the door in the area and their name out in the community. The customer service representatives could be more responsive.

If you need a hosted rather than cloud based CRM, Siebel is a consideration. It's best suited to organizations with a large customer database. Given the complexity involved you need at least two full time marketing analysts.The email marketing functionality isn't core to the offering and most organizations would be much better served by cloud based email systems. Siebel offers a very comprehensive feature set and is powerful in the hands of a super user. However, given the costs involved in upgrading a hosted solution I would put serious effort into convincing your decision makers to go for a cloud based CRM instead.

- The software reporting system is really clean and works well and they are good at sending you leads.
- Their customer service is also willing to work with you and they really tried to help me improve our ROI.
- Since using Contactability our workflow is changing. We now only pick up the phone when someone is interested in our services. The prescreening is all handled and we have control over the flow, what is said. Even when we're out of the office we can log in from anywhere and see what's happening with our leads and those missed calls get scheduled for us automatically.

- Call the toll-free customer service number and you are transferred to a blank voicemail, with an electronic repeat of the phone number.
- The software training videos were confusing to non technical users.
- We encountered bugs with the use of Windows 10. Some of the futures were bugged.

- I would have to say that there have been times when a customer's information has vanished, it can be chalked up to a technical error but, when in business, it can be detrimental for future or potential customers, or business partners.
- My biggest issue as with some other CRMS is what I call the "slug crawl." It is certainly an issue anytime a program isn't running properly. A sluggish program is no exception. The last thing you want to deal with is a program that refuses to load and or runs slowly, then everything becomes the dreaded waiting game, where more often than not, no-one wins, especially not the business.

A very conservative data security policy limits the organization to a hosted solution. At particular issue is the tendency of cloud based CRMs to have data centres based in the US, a major issue for Canadian consumers. Once you have integrated a system of this size and complexity, and have the staff resources to utilize it effectively, it's hard to justify a move to an alternative. Consider Siebel if you are a conservatively run organization with a large database of customers and a big marketing team

Contactability does a pretty decent job as it is very user-friendly and puts us in contact with our prospective clients. What they could improve on that Insightly does well is training and support. This could be due to the size of the company or their prioritization of resources. Overall we enjoyed Contactability better than Insightly.
