If you have a fully customized cms and have people working on the site with html and css knowledge this is the best tool ever, all specifics can be checked. Using ab tests and optimization services we identify best practices of the website and everywhere the best practices aren't implemented we find using the custom checkpoints. Aspects that cannot be automated via a quick IT solution is turned into a checkpoint and that's great!

InMoment VOC is well suited for any hospitality-based company that is guest-centric. It's like receiving a report card every day with info about what we are doing well and where we need to improve. I like how we were able to customize so many things like how often our managers receive emails and how organized guest recovery is now. I don't care for the reply templates. I don't like the idea of a guest feeling the reply is robotic in any way. Especially, if the guest reaches out more than once and the team uses the template provided in the system again. I think it takes away from the sincerity of the managers' response.

  • Houses all of our information in one convenient location that everyone at any time can access
  • Praise and coach our employees on customer service
  • Problem solve using the reporting tools such as add criterion to narrow down on specific points of interest. I love how detailed the reports can be, it really takes the guess work out of problem solving

  • It would be helpful if the Issues page under Website showed the WCAG level for each issue (A, AA, AAA). You currently have to look up the guideline to find the level.
  • There is no indicator that a page is currently being scanned. During a website scan, some of the reports are blank or missing information. Having a notification on the main page showing which websites are being scanned would be helpful.
  • Some ADA compliance items are left off, such as keyboard navigation, tabbing, etc.
  • It doesn't view the websites on mobile devices or if using a screen reader. Some pages or formatting changes depending on resolution. The DQM, from what I have seen, doesn't account for that.

I had a small learning curve in order to become fluent with the platform as it doesn't work like the other automated accessibility tools that I've used. However, once I was up to speed, I like it better than any of the other tools and find the data more useful, digestible, and relevant.

The support is ABSOLUTELY astonishing, I myself am working [on] the services side of things and know for a fact that tickets can take some time. The team, however (Parul, Loftus, Amitsing) are doing a [wonderful] task in helping us out. And of course, there's also Lucy who's always happy to jump onto a call to [discuss] certain aspects we might have questions about. Can't grade this any different [than] 10/10.

Crownpeak Digital Quality Management (DQM) has all the tools in one dashboard for all possible needs of a website to resolve SEO and other issues. Whereas WordPress is more of searching for the right plugin to assist in finding all the issues you might have a need to address.

  • Our Guest Care dept. became more efficient and productive overnight when we adopted the InMoment systems. Too many hours of tedious work was being done internally to track and report trends. The guest was taken care of but the root of the problem was solved. InMoment provides us with the tools needed to do so which boosts sales.
