Fluke Corporation
eMaint is well suited to larger facilities with dedicated scheduler/planners. Learning to navigate the database and create reports requires a dedicated resource. Part-time users often forget the process for entering data and navigating the database. In smaller organizations where multiple users enter assets, planned maintenance (PM) tasks and vendors, keeping standardization in the system formatting was difficult.

The product training and conferences were very helpful for new user orientation and best practice learning. The customizable reports also allowed us to provide data to management in an easy to digest format

FacilityBot
FacilityBot replaced multiple layers of coordination and communication between users and subcontractors. There are many facilities management systems that are not user-friendly on the market. Most of them do not support multiple communication methods and are costly. Unlike FacilityBot, the implementation wasn't as straightforward. In terms of features, not many are as feature-rich as FacilityBot.
