Likelihood to Recommend Energage knows which areas to assess and how to word the questions so that employees understand and can share their true feelings without fear of their identity being shared, without concern that they need to sound professional (which allows them to save time and not get frustrated with the fact that they're "wasting time on another survey," and also in a way that makes employees feel as though they're participating in the improvement of the company. That is to say, that their feedback matters, it will be heard, and it will be implemented into the leadership's formulation of future decisions.
Read full review The time and attendance time is really easy to use and allows for quick correction, sometimes due to the workload and the daily activities I've forgotten to clock out, or to register breaks, but every time you clock out regardless of the hour, Rippling will promptly to review my time card details and if something was not input correctly it will allow you to submit a correction from that same screen which it has work wonders for me on the job. Something that is not as convenient for me, is the fact that you can't choose the order on which the tabs are displayed on the main screen and there are some features that I don't really use as frequently for example the time off tab, and it's on top of some other tabs that I do use daily more than once a day, and I would like to have the option to have a custom display.

The payroll journal entry syncs automatically from Rippling to QuickBooks Online weekly. This has helped saved our accounting department time. The onboarding workflows in Rippling are terrific. We have been able to assign tasks to our team when we hire a new team member. This allows are staff to stay organized and it also helps ensure that all tasks are completed in advance of the new hires first day with the company. We use the Rippling spend module to help manage corporate credit cards that are issued to staff members. When a staff member makes a purchase on their corporate card they receive a text message. Once the staff member receives the text message they reply to the text with a picture of the receipt and a memo describing the transaction. This process has helped alleviate the amount of admin time the accounting department spends on gathering receipts and information from card holders. We really like the org chart since it can be accessed by all employees. This allows our staff to see who reports to who and what each employee's job title is. This allows for more effective lines of communication within the organization. We usually just want the report and because Energage does such a good job compiling it via the dashboard and the graphics, our company doesn't have a need for further tools and promotion tips. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!
Read full review Usability The overall usability for Rippling is great. I enjoy how easy the user interface is to navigate and how seamlessly it integrates with other platforms. The user interface makes it very easy to find what I am looking for and using it for multiple tasks. I enjoy using it for the single sign on feature and opening other platforms that we use for our enterprise resource planning software.

Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.

I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.
Read full review Support Rating Rippling has an excellent Support center full of articles that are easily searchable to find solutions to issues. If the articles are not able to help, customers are then able to chat with an associate to fix issues they are experiencing. There is little turnaround time to get a problem fixed and the customer service representatives are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Employee data and IT needs within the one-suit solution: Rippling can handle employee data, IT provisioning, and software access management and can automate onboard/offboard. It is beautiful for tech-oriented companies or remote and distributed teams. Although it would come cheap to businesses with a very narrow focus on HR in India, Rippling has an advantage over
greytHR for more prominent companies with complete comprehensive needs with its scalability and global payroll features and also aspects of IT management integrated, all of which have allowed it to run so smoothly.
