Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for onboarding and offboarding employees, payroll, performance reviews, and our benefits management. Rippling has assisted our employees by allowing them to have control over their paychecks. They are able to change their own IRA contribution amounts without having to go through a third-party payroll company. The onboarding and offboarding process is so easy and has streamlined both processes. Rippling is also very user friendly. The app is greatly appreciated by all of my employees and helps to provide transparency in the payroll process. I just recently added a Flex spending benefit for my employees and setting it up was so easy! I did have one little snafu, but all it took was a 15-minute video conference to have it all fixed. We also recently added the performance management app to our repertoire. That has been so helpful in making annual reviews more productive since it gives the employee and employer things to talk about in our reviews. In the near future, we may have an employee going remote, so I am now looking into Rippling's options for device management. All in all, I couldn't recommend Rippling enough!

  • Providing point of contact for different aspects of the program, we have a customer service rep, who is fantastic, but he is the only person I know to reach out to, and he generally has to follow up with me with information on which department/person I need to get in touch with to resolve my question.
  • Their "help" section is a bit difficult to navigate, but I will say the team chat makes up for that particular shortfall.
  • Their pricing is a bit all over the place. Everything is "al a carte," so the costs can add up quickly.
Rippling seemed to be much more user friendly. In speaking with fellow business owners, many of the other payroll companies I looked into had poor customer service reviews, and the costs were much higher than Rippling. I also am pleased that Rippling offers much more than just payroll. With Rippling, we have been able to expand our benefits packages, track performance among employees, and hopefully it will be a great way for any remote employees in the near future.
Anytime I have contacted customer service, whether it be our customer service representative or an agent with a specific department, my questions have been answered. I am so appreciative of the "check-ins" that our customer service rep provides to make sure that everything we are using with Rippling is still functioning properly and meeting our needs.

Rippling is so user friendly. There are many features that, even though we are not currently enrolled in them, I am able to learn more about them just from our home page. Everything is all in one place, so I don't have to shop around for tools that would help our productivity and workflows.
We are a very small business (11 employees when we are at "capacity"). Rippling allows us to accommodate all of our employment types (hourly, salary, contract), and makes it easy. There are a few things that I have found that seem to be better suited for a much larger company (e.g. company credit cards, expense reimbursement, etc.), but we just use what we need and what works for us. Rippling has made many aspects of management much easier, and it's interactive and kind of fun.
