Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as a company to support our people through time off, learning, professional development records, benefit coordination, automated scheduling of workflows/ events, and employee file management.

We still use Workable for our ATS. While Rippling has some great features, Workable's AI tools and automated scheduling features give it a slight edge. In all honesty, we've also grandfathered in Workable and have great buy in from our hiring managers. If we were to restart today, we might choose Rippling ATS because of integration in Rippling's onboarding and employee management tools.
Rippling is always very supportive. I do wish there were tutorials, better support forms, and other features before being asked to reach out to the support email. My interactions with the people at Rippling have always been helpful and positive!

Great product, easy to use. We've had great employee buy in at this point, and want to continue to partner with Rippling to make the live of our employees easier, more productive, and get them back to the professional roles they are good at, while offering the administrative support they need through an HRIS.
Helpful: Easy to navigate the automations/ workflows. I build these out weekly to notify team members of important actions/ events in an employees full-life cycle. Work anniversaries, new hires, reminders, etc.

Less Appropriate: Trying to find online tutorials on new features without having to email support@rippling
