Folloze is a solid tool for creating personalized experiences and micro-targeted campaigns. Being able to deliver a ton of information, content, and/or useful links based on specific segments or personas. Folloze makes it easy to bring together content around a specific narrative so we can speak impactfully to specific market segments.

Intouch Insights is great for companies needing to a deeper look at their customer base without the need to pay for a consultant to do it. Intouch does enable you to reach people on all platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet) and lets you create a decent experience too. If you're a small marketing team, make sure you allow the appropriate time span to set up and use the software as it can eat into time.

  • Ease of use when designing boards. We love to all feel like graphic designers.
  • Dashboards showing activity levels of all types.
  • Storing assets within folloze. Makes it super easy to build a board fast.
  • Cloning boards. Time saver!!

  • Compatible with most smartphones: Our forms can be viewed and used on almost every smartphone. Some outliers may be phones that are not up-to-date on software.
  • Variety: We can make an array of form types enabling us to really update our mobile experience. We also have a good selection of question types to use to build out engaging forms rather than stale ones.
  • Simple to use: The builder interface is really simple to use. You can drag your questions to shake up the order, add images if needed, and you can even provide a question description to give users more detail.

  • Integrating the contact form with our CRM has been a lengthy and on-going process
  • We use iframe for some of our content pieces and I think it could look better than it does now
  • We need licenses for our salespeople for them to get access to insights of a board. An easier way to send them this info without them needing licenses would be nice

  • Data can be "collected" offline: If the person uses the form offline, it's supposed to sync with our software after they come online. We've found that it doesn't always sync well and we have to use incomplete data or trash the form fill as a whole.
  • Set up is a little challenging: We had to work with a customer rep along with reading the help forum to get this set up the way we wanted it to be, causing us to use up time we didn't originally allot to it.
  • Issue alerts: While it does work most of the time, we have had a few hiccups with the issue alert functionality. We would actually find the issue or be informed of the issue before the software alerted us.

Folloze
Usability is good, but it does take some patience at times. You need to refer to your CSM or the Folloze resource library when stuck, which is relatively standard. Once you get the hang of things, I feel it's easy to remember and duplicate your efforts over and over. Just be patient and learn all you can about the product.

Folloze has a very intuitive user interface and designer. Their integrations have been seamless, and their team has been extremely helpful and responsive in getting features added or any gaps addressed. We have been leveraging the tool to its full capability, and people are happy both internally as well as externally.

Alternatives Considered
Folloze
Folloze does so much more than the other tools we evaluated, like PathFactory and Uberflip. Those other solutions are more of a content repository with AI to help guide the visitor's experience. While this is powerful, Folloze goes a step further by making a full web page experience. It allows you to provide context and a story along with the content itself. When paired with their personalization, Folloze is the clear choice

Compared to InTouch, these three look like amateurs. They are far too simple and do not have the mobile capability and mobile display appearance as InTouch. While they are cheaper alternatives, you'd be losing out on a lot of key benefits, especially with analytics, that InTouch delivers to its users.

  • A sales were able to give valuable presentations which aided in earning key accounts in O&G & utility industries.
  • A sales exec was able to close a million-dollar sale that she had been working on closing for a year. This board was a great visual to the customer, which helped in closing.
