[HighRadius Collections Cloud] is well suited for [a] multitude of businesses. It's a well-versed system that uses your current data to help drive automation with the receivables. [It] also uses analytics to help drive forecasting. Businesses need to realize [their] data is what drives [the] program, so [they] need to ensure [the] dataset is valid before trying to convert over to [HighRadius Collections Cloud]. Existing ERP is driving what [HighRadius Collections Cloud] can or can not do.

Pega is a very nice tool for when we need to deal with data coming from different sources that need to be connected and used collectively. Additionally, having an easy-to-use interface makes it ideal for building decision flow in a simple manner that can still take advance decisions for 1:1 communication.
