HubSpot helps us as a central location where account executives can catch up quick on information and see KPI's for our team. HubSpot is not helpful in getting contacts or finding information. It is a place for implementing that information and using it effectively

Also, be sure to speak about audits to your CMS environment, this can save you time, money and energy if you intend on developing anything custom in the future. • Although you can integrate it with Google Analytics, there is still a significant difference between what each tells you about [a] number of visitors to a given page, etc.
• There's a lot to the program and it's not always intuitive where to go for a feature. Though the help center and academy are good and usually have the answers, having to look things up isn't.

Easier and faster to use then these two, HubSpot CMS Hub provides me with a long list of tools that make my marketing process more smooth and easy to manage, it doesn't get too technical but is also not too basic, so it has the balance I need when preparing campaigns for some of our sites.

• The writers can manage the content much more easily now. For example, multiple writers can work on individual topics as opposed to passing around Word files.
• We can single-source content that is duplicated across the site. This is a huge time saver.
