Call Follow-up and Quality Assurance
Comparison of Call Follow-up and Quality Assurance features of Product A and Product B
Orum is really well suited for my role as a business development representative, and allows me to reach hundreds of prospects a week where as doing so before was extremely difficult if not impossible. However, in my role and tasks as an account manager, Orum is not as effective as it does not allow me to utilize my own number to call them through Orum, and this often leads to confusion when calling my customers.
Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.
Calls get cut off more regularly than I would expect. I am not sure if that is an issue on Orum's end, but I don't think it is a network issue either so I am not sure why.
In the search lists, it would be nice if we could add favorite cadences or separate by our own.
Kixie provides a nice user interface. There is a bit of a learning curve to load leads but it's not difficult. It's just learning where to go and how to load lists for the reps. Once you have it figured out, it's easy to get lists loaded for reps and give them the ability to manage those leads
Orum has truly leveled up my calling abilities like no tool has. Its intuitive UI, rapid auto-dialer, and customizability have made it my go-to call tool. There may be slight improvements to be made from a CRM integration standpoint (much of which isn't Orum's fault because outreach doesn't give data), but beyond that I would give a strong recommendation for users looking to implement personalization at scale.
Because Orum is much more efficient, easier to use, create a solid workflow and overall is a much better experience, which helps getting revenue and better results. Other tools would use a lot of my time with no results, while Orum has been much more efficient saves me time and makes me feel more productive and efficient.
My personal ROI has been approximately a 100% increase in the number of calls I can make in a given amount of time, vs. calling directly from Outreach before (roughly 50 calls per hour to 100+). The increased potential for business is worth the cost of admission for me.
