As already mentioned, for recruiters, Ceipal ATS is a boon. We can easily get good candidates in less time, so it not only gives the best talent but also saves our time while sourcing. I have been using Ceipal ATS for two years, and it has been a wonderful experience.

If you are working in a Database, then multiple options are well suited to you, like Internal DB and Database searching through Integrated search for live database working and selective mass email, which makes it more suitable to work and save time.

It's well suited in the client page where you can see all your open requests, how many candidates are submitted, how many have been selected to interview, etc. I wish it was easier to pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. Ceipal ATS holds more information than some of our VMS tools, so it would be really helpful to easily pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. It seems like a confusing process.

Ceipal is a best friendly ATS, where everyone can use with it's simple in ease, you don't have to be a graduate to use Ceipal ATS even if you have studied high school you can easily work on it and find the best suitable profiles to the client and make more placements. It's Suits me very well in order to sourcing the candidates and for Job posting it's handle a high volume of job postings. Ceipal provides us different job board as well which we used for sourcing the candidates. We are also using to store and feed the documents.

we used it maximum for sourcing the resume and review it submitting to client through manager, scheduling the interview with time and date. Tracking the resume where the status. we can even mention the mode of interview, the document which is submitted could not be deleted if it a wrong or by mistake.

Earlier I have used different ATS tools and I couldn't able to meet my target due to change of ATS and its non-flexibility. Later I recommended my colleagues to use Ceipal which is better than any other ATS. I recommended my company to use the Ceipal which more cheaper than other ATS then now we are using it.

In Ceipal ATS, we can find out all those features, and it is very useful for finding candidates. We can track the candidates easily and post the jobs. Also, we can find out all those visa holders' resumes and people who are looking for job opportunities. We can have their contact details as well. Through bulk mail, candidates can send over their updated resumes, and we can speak to them and track them.

Well suited if recruitment companies need any large-scale requirements that help recruiters to work across each position, During the client submission and the internal submission, we can use Ceipal ATS for those times. In some cases I face lots of issues during the time if I need any profiles that they are willing to travel, it makes it more complicated to get a profile.

Scenarios where it is less appropriate.
I don't see anything like that but for new users if we add tutorials it will be helpful and sometimes we use to migrate some profile but profile is not available in that we could avoid that thing

From job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, we can easily migrate resumes with a single click. This has been a great experience. We can mark interviews and submit profiles to clients directly from the CEIPAL ATS. If we need any other tools to process the profiles for clients, we can use them directly from the ATS

Ceipal ATS is good when it comes to candidate searching from different job boards and it is also helpful in tracking the applicant status as well, but when it comes to internal database I don't like their searches because they are incomplete and irrelevant. Previously we have used Job Diva as our ATS, it doesn't have features like integrated search, which we have that options in Ceipal ATS. Job diva doesn't have the integrated Job portal, we can login will multiple users at the same time, But individual Job portal like Monster, Dice, Career Builder we cant login more the user at same time. So Ceipal ATS is best when compared to Other ATS.

Using Ceipal ATS is so easy and useful nowadays most Staffing Companies use Ceipal ATS to search fit candidates profiles according to the client exceptions and Its User interface was so good and easy even a fresher can easily learn it. According to My experience, the comments and notes are useful in Ceipal ATS over the candidates resumes. Ceipal ATS integrated search works like a charm and gives you the desired filters to look for the right candidate through various integrated job boards. By giving the results on a one single page makes it more easy to use and reach out to candidates.

In my opinion,
Internal Database of Ceipal ATS is the worst which I have come across.
Irrelavant Results Refining Issue
Difficult to apply filters.
ANother which accoring to me is worst is that Ceipal ATS offers "multiple ways" to do the "same task" like "uploading a candidate to a particlur job posting which makes it difficult while training a team.

if a candidates is placed in the past, and in future we come across with the same profile it gives a tag there it is placed already, notes you can check without opening the profile. checking the status without opening the profile, whether he is in interview process or offer process.
