Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

We are using Ceipal ATS for Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews and Closing the candidates for an end-to-end recruitment process. In most cases, we face a mighty issue some profiles will appear in Career Builder and Monster without the skills we mentioned in the Boolean String. In Dice, we can avoid the profile without the phone number by using the filter. But in the carrier Builder & Monster, We can't avoid those profiles. so, we losing our time and profile views also.
  • Myself particularly likes the mail merge option it helps me to get profiles faster.
  • Tracking the applicant status is great in Ceipal ATS
  • Ceipal ATS helps to get a profiles easier in Dice for W2 & Fulltime position by using filter.
  • In Career Builder, we can't Filter the USC & GC candidates.
  • When we add notes in CB most of the time it won't replicate in other portals
  • Adding more advanced report and analytics of the candidate will help to get profiles faster
  • Ceipal ATS can helps in recruitment processes, reduce time-to-fill cycles.
  • Ceipal helps in collaboration with vendors, resulting in improved talent sourcing, stronger relationship
  • Profile migration issue will be there in some times.
Ceipal AI is used to improve the Screening process and be more efficient in identifying the candidates, and it helps to filter the highly qualified candidates. Matching candidates with the required job to get better-fit profiles, AI Sourcing helps match the percentage of the better profiles by showing that Percentage out of 10. Helps to get a perfect match.
In some cases the profile doesn't have the phone number in the resume, I used to copy the name of the candidate and the last project he worked, and I used it on LinkedIn to get their LinkedIn profile, and give connections and most of the time it helped me also. Other than I don't use any social platform for sourcing.
Most of the time I used to get a profile in an internal mail merge. It helps me get a profile much faster, and enhancing my time-saving skills and getting a large number of candidates and contacts. AI tool reduce the manual screening. By showing how many times they are using the skills in the resume and by highlighting in numbers.
Ceipal ATS helps to customize the profiles for the job posting and targeted candidates. In pro hires it won't help to customize the candidates for independent candidate sourcing and we have to add the vendor list to get a large number of profiles. AI Matching candidates in Ceipal ATS is more efficient than others.

Well suited if recruitment companies need any large-scale requirements that help recruiters to work across each position, During the client submission and the internal submission, we can use Ceipal ATS for those times. In some cases I face lots of issues during the time if I need any profiles that they are willing to travel, it makes it more complicated to get a profile.
