Slow and Steady Wins the Race

Ceipal ATS offers various paid and free job boars like Dice, Monster Indeed, Google, Dr JOb, JObcredo all at one place. With the right training this integration saves a lot of time and efforts and even gives respective results. The only drawbacks is that the listing becomes obsolete day by day and if not refreshed, it gets lost under pile of other competitors posting.

Rating is neutral because of the pricing policy which Ceipal ATS has more like "packs" which you subscribe. The higher the amount of subscribed pack or plan the more features are avialble for you. Its not universal. Small Organisations are unable to use most of the feautures.
In terms of UI it could be far more better, for a fresher its way too difficult.

Ceipal ATS integrated search works like a charm and gives you the desired filters to look for the right candidate through various integrated job boards. By giving the results on a one single page makes it more easy to use and reach out to candidates.

In my opinion,
Internal Database of Ceipal ATS is the worst which I have come across.

ANother which accoring to me is worst is that Ceipal ATS offers "multiple ways" to do the "same task" like "uploading a candidate to a particlur job posting which makes it difficult while training a team.
