Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS
I am using Ceipal ATS in my organization for Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing to search for candidates from internal database or external sources. Ceipal ATS make life easier for recruiting the candidates for different job roles. I am a recruiter and using Ceipal daily for sourcing the candidates for my Job requirements. And we also use for candidates application tracking regarding the submissions, interviews and feedback.
- It provides us Applications Tracking systems.
- Ceipal provides a large no of internal and external database
- Ceipal provides us Job posting options for sourcing the candidates
- Ceipal has new AI searching features which helps us a lot.
- Provides more user-friendly application
- I don't found any problem with Ceipal i am using this regularly i am happy with this ATS.

Yes, Definitely AI helps a lot for Candidate Screening, Increased Efficiency in Sourcing the candidates. AI analyze candidates profiles, resumes and job requirements to identify relevant skills experiences and qualifications.AI tool can enhance efficiency and objectivity in different aspects of the recruitment process. We are also using ChatGpt in Ceipal to create the string.
I have not used any other ATS. I am working as a US IT Recruiter and i have 5 years of Experience and i have only used Ceipal ATS.
