CEIPAL is the best ATS system available in the market for US recruiting. It makes the job really easy for any recruiter. Its features like mail merging, job board integration and migrating of resumes on click are some of the better ones which make it best in the market against other competitors.

Greenhouse is extremely well suited for any team looking to make the hiring process as streamlined and centralized as possible. It also works great for Sales teams who need to house prospect data, run trials, and activate subscriptions. The organizations I've worked with where I have used the tool were both at around 1,000 employees, but I don't see why teams larger or smaller in scale would have any trouble adopting the tool.

- We can track our submission list and their status.
- We can see the information about the jobs we work on and new jobs are also entered into CEIPAL. And the status of the jobs is also displayed.
- We can also know who migrated the profile. Who viewed the profile.
- We can send the job mails to candidates from CEIPAL.
- We can write a note for profile and the whole organization will see it.

- Greenhouse is amazing for recruitment and the links can directly be posted from here to recruiting websites.
- GREENHOUSE helps in taking interview notes while interviewing which help in subsequent interview stages by well documenting the negatives and positives of each candidate.
- Background checks and offer letter approval is also something which greenhouse does very smoothly with readily available templates.
- While decision making, it helps us give the exact reason for rejection and if selected we can directly choose the source from options so that the source can be incentivised accordingly.

- Would like to see an option where I can specify a skill with years of experience and how recently - Ex:- Java with 5 years experience and last use in 2020.

- Greenhouse Security is simple, but not that granular. For example, everytime new recruiter joins, we have to give them access manually one by one. There is no one click or an easy way to auto assign security unlike other systems that we use such as Workday.
- Greenhouse reporting is very lacking. Even though we are on the highest tier, we cannot extract data through this delivered feature. For example, scorecard custom questions. We have to do this through SQL.
- Greenhouse Audit Log is also lacking. It is not useful at all. We cannot even see what job info changed and who changed it even though we are on the highest tier now.

Once you get the hang of it it's great. But the learning curve is steep and not the most intuitive. Plus, one small command made somewhere deep in the settings can be a huge pain to go find if you want to update it.

because I'm using currently , i solved a lot of difficult requirements easily with the help of ceipal, recruiter can work with a positive vibe by using ceipal as it is a friendly user , jobs can be posted , the migrated profiles will go to the database directly , after submitting the candidates , we will get a ceipal notification that we submitted a candidate

I have never needed to call Greenhouse for support. I am not the primary account holder, nor do I use Greenhouse enough to merit calling support. I delegate that responsibility to the Recruiting team. They have never mentioned any experience with Greenhouse technical support, either bad or good. I would assume that they would tell me if the support was poor.

It is far cheaper and does almost the same thing that you can find in other tools. The customer service is good and they actually work to provide the best results based on our needs which is highly appreciated. You can create a hierarchy and groups and select what information you would like to show to that particular group and what you don't
