My understanding is that sometimes skills are not shown as matching profiles because, when the profile is opened in the database, the skills mentioned do not appear in the resume that we have mentioned. That is why I am concerned, and it would be beneficial if the AI could address that.

Frankly to say I have used iCIMS ATS a lot and which is more complicated to use and compare to that Ceipal ATS is much much better....
