Workspaces are easy to set up and navigate.

- InsightStream is the first page I visit every Monday. It's the page that gives me the best overview of how things are performing. Workspaces are a life-changing for any SEO specialist when it comes time to create reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

The tools are very useful. The only slight trouble I have is keeping up with the many features and where to find them at times.

The useability is good but can be cumbersome at times. The updates to the InsightStream has made it more useful. The two areas we utilize most are the recommendations engine and the DeepCrawl technical analysis. The content and keyword performance tools are great for understanding what works best and where we can improve.

Workspaces enable us to organize our work by objective, and makes reporting simple and effective.

Overall usability is nice and they're always making improvements to the platform. InsightStream gives quick insights through a feed so you can save time. Workspaces allow for the creation of custom reports for different stakeholders based on most data points throughout the platform.

The tools included are just easy to use in general and require very little training.

I check features like the InsightStream every Monday to monitor any major losses or gains in performance. These are easily digested and save me tons of time searching for these insights manually. If there's anything "worth calling home about" I can easily add insights into a workspace and create a report to communicate these results. It's super easy to use Searchlight with a team and across departments.

Conductor is extremely intuitive and easy to use.

As someone who is new to SEO, I believe Conductor Searchlight's overall usability is great. As with any other platform, it does take some time to familiarize yourself; however, I really like the ability to create custom workspaces that are easy to navigate to and provide specific information that I want to look at on a regular basis.

In the beginning, their team takes their time guiding you through the system to make sure you can make the most out of the various functionalities. They continue to be very helpful along the way. Usability is intuitive.

I find Conductor Searchlight very easy to use. And if ever something is confusing, then your team is there to help explain it to you. There's no reason to ever feel overwhelmed or lost. Also, you constantly get reminders of webinars and other help that can guide you. Also, Conductor wants feedback - so if something isn't as user-friendly as it should be, then they are probably already gathering your feedback and working on a solution. I have no doubt of that!

Searchlight is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use. Coming from someone who doesn't have much time in my day to be learning new systems, Conductor is very usable. The InsightStream helps me get a quick look at how we're doing and any major events that have an effect on our web performance. I usually log in first thing every morning just to do a temperature check to see how we're doing. As far as workspaces, this is the main function I use and I love them! They update within the workspace so each week and I get automated reports.

One of the big factors in choosing Conductor Searchlight was that it had the best user experience of the platforms we evaluated.

Extremely user friendly; the UX of Conductor Searchlight is great, and creates a very easy workflow process. When digging into the data, I can choose to simply leverage the high-level views of data that my weekly auto-gen reports provide OR I can do a deep dive analysis, really focusing on specific features or functions as time allows.

Great training program that shows you the ropes, followed by an amazing team that has great communication, makes Searchlight very easy to use. Workspaces has been used by the Managed services team to keep us briefed on strategy changes and improvement through the past few months.

The Workspaces section allows me to share other reports with my team and also see what the Managed Services team has developed ofr my team so that we can discuss internally and also see what other reports we can provide.

One is the drill-down report capability. For example, when I run a page explore report it will list all keywords that the page is ranking for. If I want to see what other pages are also ranking for the keyword I just need to click on the arrow button to list them all. From the content performance report, Conductor will automatically add the website change to the annotation on the dated trending line. If you click on the icon it will list out what had been changed during that date. If you want to drill down to see which part of which page has been updated you just click on the number. Conductor understands what the users are expecting to see from the data, and plan for the next step ahead. We do not need to jump to different report to see the data. Everything that you need is just one click away.

InsightStream enables me to make quick changes to our website without having to hunt for that information page by page. Workspaces allow for easy reporting that you don't even have to think about if you schedule it!

I would rate Conductor a 10/10 because its pros far outweigh its cons. The Insight Stream is great to keep the whole team constantly aware and thinking about SEO. However, the workspaces are by far my favorite part of the tool-- once they're set up they make weekly reporting autonomous and very useful.

The platform is intuitive to a point. We definitely needed the training from the Conductor team, and wish that the on-boarding process hadn't felt so rushed. While the sales process was attentive to our needs, the after-sales team wanted to get our calls on the schedule and completed as quickly as possible. As we were in the midst of hiring new team members and other changes, that didn't work for us, but we weren't given or offered any other recourse. As a result, we're now on-boarding new team members on our own, which makes the ease of use a little less obvious.
