TrustRadius for Buyers

I like that it integrates with LinkedIn. This ensures real people are reviewing products and also opens up opportunities to connect with individuals on the site.

G2 is the other service I have used. They are similar but I feel TrustRadius is more active in their communication and really wants more participation with the reviews.

TrustRadius is easier to use than some other sites. It is quicker to find what you ar looking for. In addition, and perhaps more importantly, TrustRadius has a very broad set of technologies under its umbrella. Finally, TrustRadius has a multi level comparison so one can look at an overview of the rating and then drill down into details.

TrustRadius has always been top of mind. I know a number of people who have written reviews on it and unlike Amazon product reviews you know you're getting the real deal not fake reviews from people looking for free things. I've only heard of TrustRadius and G2 but find TrustRadius to have more information.

I just find TrustRadius a lot more user-friendly, easier to navigate, and figure out for myself.

The reviews are right there and ready for me. I don't have to click through multiple pages just to find what I want, I don't have to speak with someone to figure out what their recommendations are. I like to do the research on my own and TrustRadius enables me to do that.

I only have experience with Capterra and G2 and I found them to be fairly similar.

I think it's at least on par with most, while exceling in that it's free and has a larger library of products reviewed. I've always been able to find what I was looking for here.

I have a better understanding and comfort level using TrustRadius.

I have only used Capterra as well in the past and I don't remember much, but I think they also have price comparisons with their reviews and that is why my company uses review sites. TrustRadius and Capterra are pretty similar. Both are helpful if we want to know facts, How much does it cost? How does this product work? Any Cons associated with the way it functions or customer service complaints? That's something we would want to know, and sites like TrustRadius evens out the competition for me with the user verification.

Never used another site and didn't need to after using TrustRadius.

It is super important to have confidence in the reviews that are left. Being able to trust the advice of a stranger is what is most important to me on these review sites. The verification that TrustRadius does makes me feel confident in the reviews that are left. Overall, because of this, TrustRadius is my go to review site.

For me, the main difference is that TrustRadius is the most 'user based' of its kind. Their perspective and neutral opinions give me valuable insights of people like me, but on a global scope, something that otherwise I would have to consult with my local network, where companies of our specific size, industry, or possible scenarios may not be a good fit for a good analysis.

We used Gartner for many years prior and actually really enjoyed the magic quadrants they provide as a quick glance towards market movers & shakers. Their expertise with the softwares and vetting processes were always thorough so we could trust their reviews; however, we did notice that while they had SME's evaluate products it was hard to get a grasp of how the tool performed daily business functions at a very micro level, which is where we used TrustRadius to fill in that gap of knowledge.

TrustRadius looks cleaner, it’s easier to use and the website puts the data in more manageable chunks. I found Gartner to be lacking in information sometimes, like the review wasn’t vetted and G2 didn’t have quite the breadth of software that TrustRadius has.

I do use other review sites but keep coming back to TrustRadius because the reviews appear to be written by people who talk like me, there's an absence of fluff and hype and TrustRadius reviews seem honest and sincere.

All review sites have varying levels of helpfulness. It is good to use a few in your search to see if you can find a key piece of information on different sites. That said, TrustRadius has a solid volume of reviews and makes it easy to see pros/cons and alternative vendors.

Out of all these listed, I personally have only ever used Capterra and TrustRadius. I found that Capterra (more often than not) had reviews that seemed disingenuous. It seemed like there was very little detail and also very repetitive reviews almost as if some just copied and paste their reviews from someone else. My experience with TrustRadius has been the complete opposite. I personally have done reviews for both, as well as we use a decent amount of products listed on both sites. I quit using Capterra as I never received a payment for my reviews as promised. I have never had that issue with TrustRadius.

I like TrustRadius' blend of a large list of vendors, decent amount of reviews, as well as ease of navigation on the website. I think peer insights is more IT focused and is harder to extract value from compared to TrustRadius when evaluating sales and marketing technology. G2 review requirement is pretty light so a lot are fluff.

Comprehensive and easy to use. The list of features compared was very detailed, as was the number of vendors listed. The only challenge we faced after coming up with our feature list was how to determine the pricing. Ultimately, that ruled out most of our considerations.

Being honest I am not much familiar with review sites like TrustRadius.

TrustRadius has a much nicer UI than other review sites and overall the user experience here is better. Also it looks more professional.

The format of TrustRadius search is clearer than some competitors and their appeared to be more products returned on searches. I found the overview presented from searches most useful and informative. The hyperlinks below each product summary are also very helpful. The level of detail on product reviews is excellent and richer than some competitor review sites. An standout feature of TrustRadius over its competitors for me was ease of use and navigation.

Other review sites are typically just user reviews. I really liked the Buyers Guide and the Alternatives section on TrustRadius, which were super valuable in selecting a platform and easily shareable to my CEO.

TrustRadius relies on the users' reviews and appears credible. Great site interface, search functionalities are easier to use. Seems less scientific compared to Nucleus and Gartner though.

The people are real. I can see and Google about them. It's not a bunch of fake reviews that are all 5 stars. Shows what's not great about the software. Talks about what the real use case was for it. Did it not work because it was the wrong product, or the product didn't live up the sales copy?

My experience with TrustRadius was great since it has moderate reviews, but they are more real compared with the other site that I used. Also, TrustRadius had a wide range of features, including more filter features, which not only allowed me to focus on current reviews, but also on reviews based on industry.
