Overall, positive. We have only had to use the recovery once, but it was one of those times that it was worth every penny to have it be successful.
This is difficult to answer for a backup system, because you never want to have a reason to use it, so that cost is best spent by never having to actually use the software for its intended purpose.
After all that, we're pleased with the cost of the product being commensurate with it's ability and performance.

We suffered a ramsonware attack and lost everything. Veeam Data Platform Foundation was not able to recover anything.
This weighed on the decision to acquire the Veeam Data Platform Foundation update. Because at the time the software was sold as immune to ramsonware.
