Everything is intuitively accessible and has a good interface. It has many functions I haven't even explored and allows me to use them as needed, but the basic functions are easily found and it got me started quickly. I'm using it daily and it supports my worksflow for social media management and putting out content with ease.
I haven't been in touch with the support yet.
It is great for me a as a solopreneuer to manage my social media content, plan it ahead and trust that it will be delivered in time and consistently
