Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT

We use it to track all of our major gift prospects as well as Grants. Most of our foundation department uses it. So far we have had no problems.

  • Has not really impacted us at all, negatively or positively.
We did not really do much research, as we are all ready Blackbaud customers, so the transition to NXT was a given.
NXT is really best suited for front line fundraisers, not for everyday gift tracking/reporting. I am hoping in the future that NXT will completely replace the database view of Raiser's Edge and will be the perfect fit for all.
