Overall Satisfaction with Brainshark

We had a ton of marketing and sales content, but we weren't able to compile it in one space. It's been incredibly beneficial during the onboarding process and our trainees really enjoyed using the program. They were able to work at somewhat of their own pace, but I could keep track of what had been done and when. With continued sales coaching, we were able to get our money's worth. Our entire organization uses this to keep up on our product and sales tactics and our sales team relies on it for all new hires and continued education. I'd absolutely suggest those looking for a Sales Content Manager to go with Brainshark.

  • User navigation is very easy. UI is user-friendly.
  • Some of the technical aspects can be tricky- embedding a video, merging content, etc.

  • New employees learned the information quicker, enabling them to produce quicker.
  • Current employees are able to use this for sales coaching and development.
  • Less turnover during the training process.
It's so easy to use and understand. It's very clear on its capabilities and how it functions.
Brainshark support has always been incredibly helpful. Any question or issue we ran into they answered quickly. This company clearly keeps success at the top of their list and does what they can to lessen churn.
MindTickle doesn't compare to Brainshark at all. Usability is incredibly low. I liked Gong.io, but our management team decided to go with Brainshark at the time. I was not disappointed. I used Gong.io at a previous place of business and it was easy to use and ramp up, but I would say that Brainshark is overall easier and really gives you the data that you need. The video quality on Brainshark blows Gong.io out of the water, as does its capabilities.
Brainshark is best suited within an organization that needs the functionality of an online training program. It's great for sales and marketing. Brainshark was a great investment for our company. The ability to train candidates without standing in front of them talking for a week gave us a tremendous amount of time back and it's effective! It's simple to use and extremely customizable. Great for sales knowledge. There are so many ways you can implement it though, so if you choose this product make sure that you spend the time to understand all of the awesome stuff it can do.
