Overall Satisfaction with Datto
In our organization we use Datto personally for our company and we also resell them to our customers. Datto addresses our backup needs. With having Datto we no longer have to worry about losing data should a device go down and not come back up. We also like providing this encouragement to our customers.
- Datto makes the backup process simple and streamlined.
- The portal is very easy to navigate and makes managing devices very easy as well.
- Sometimes the customer service/helpdesk is not always helpful
- The reliability of the Datto backup devices.
- The portal so you can always know if the Datto device is successfully backing up.
- Datto has had a positive impact on our business since we've started reselling.
- Most of our customers now have Datto devices (some have multiple) and that has positively affected our company.
We have not used or tested anything similar to Datto.
