FP&A leverages Planful for monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and various ad-hoc projects and analysis. We also use workforce planning.

All monthly reports were built in Spotlight and were automated. Data was easily copied from one scenario to another, and security/hierarchies were easily managed and updated.
Once you're trained and are used to the approach, reports and dashboards are very simple.
Finance professionals were able to use the system with very little training and effort.
PeopleSoft had the best excel add-in, but Planful was one of the best and most flexible systems I've used.
