Overall Satisfaction with Submittable
We use Submittable for applications for all of our artistic programs - including residencies, fellowships and grants. It is used just by the artistic department, but that is the main thrust of our nonprofit. It helps us streamline the application process immensely, from submission through a multi-round review process.
- Sorting and labeling applications - makes searching for and grouping applications easy
- Building dynamic forms that allow for different streams based on the applicant
- Excellent customer service
- Website always runs a bit slow - could use some more server space I would imagine
