Overall Satisfaction with Iterable

Iterable is used across multiple departments and teams. It's used primarily to automate emails/sms/automated calls to allow teams to work more efficiently. It integrates with our proprietary CRM which makes it pretty seamless, most of the time
  • Automate external comms like emails/SMSs
  • Automate internal comms like internal notes/adding or removing tags
  • Automate internal processes like life cycle changes
  • Please create a feature where you can create a library of commonly used nodes that can be accessed and pulled into multiple workflows
  • I'd like more opportunity to schedule a call with support
  • Negative: when iterable goes down and we're not notified, there are lags and this has caused some customers to "get lost" and not receive the expected comms
  • Positive: allows us to streamline comms and not have humans do it

Do you think Iterable delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Iterable's feature set?

Yes

Did Iterable live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Iterable go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Iterable again?

Yes

Iterable picks up where our CRM leaves off. We don't have the ability to automate external comms to customers, but now we do. Furthermore the filter nodes help to ensure only the right cases get automated.
