Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am a single person company and I use 8x8 as my business telephone.

Pros and Cons

Reliability.
Call quality.
They don’t pester me with offers of additional products and services.
Support responsiveness on the rare occasion that I have trouble.

Managing robocalls as part of basic services.
The method used to block numbers. This should be available directly in the desktop client by right-clicking the number as opposed to requiring me to log into account manager.

Return on Investment

Really not an issue for me. The basic call service meets my needs.

Alternatives Considered

Evaluated one other service through my ISP. Their cost was astronomical.

Support Rating

First, limited need to use support services, second, the few times I have called support, they have been great.

My service package meets all my needs except for the ability to send and receive faxes. I know I can subscribe to a value-added service with 8x8, but I send so few that the cost is not justified.
