Manage 25 person firm for telephone.
Use the main receptionist to handle main number calls. Also in-person, remote and mobile uses of 8X8 with desk phones and mostly Windows app on laptops to answer most of the calls. Transferring to cell phone from computer app is a breeze. Also to answer calls while on the road is great.
- Laptop to cell phone transfer of calls.
- Forwarding to other users
- Remote workers, cell phone users and desk users works flawlessly
- Training on setting up new polycom phones should be easier. S/B log into the phone and it should be setup
- better features with video calls to compete with Zoom
- better features with messaging to compete with Slack
- It is a telephone system, not sure of ROI, just handles basic needs.
